We Understand Challenges of Getting a Public Speaker for small group gatherings, church, clubs, civic organizations and non profits when it comes to budgeting.
New Economy Ideas will feature public speakers who either have a low special fee or a special donation fee policy. That means they will be happy to make a presentation for your event and your group will make a donation to them for their services.
Those represented here will be interviewed and have a demo tape for your consideration if requested.
Do you know someone who qualifies and would like to offer their services as a low fee or donation speaking fee venue? Let us know about them. Email: bafolk@optonline.com

Speaker: The Foundation for Sight & Sound offers motivational and inspirational speakers to community service, civic and professional organizations.
The Foundation for Sight & Sound’s story began with one man’s struggle, but it has grown far beyond one man’s dreams. FSS founder, Mitchel Shapiro was diagnosed with Usher Syndrome, a disease that gradually robs its victims of both vision and hearing. It is the leading cause of deaf-blindness.
Mitch Shapiro’s signature speaking program is, “Seeing Past the Obstacles – From One Who Knows.” You will NEVER hear the word can’t in Mitch’s presentations - he will tell you “you can do anything you put your mind to.” Mitch has been a featured speaker at elementary and secondary schools, colleges, corporate meetings and service groups including the Kiwanis, Rotary and Lion’s Club. There is no fee for Mitch’s services although a contribution to the Foundation for Sight & Sound will be gladly accepted.
